Can anyone recommend a place in Central where I can arrange video conference interview for 1 hr. with a potential employer? Is there any such service and a cost?

The obvious (but probably not the cheapest) choice would be Regus. They have lots of serviced offices and you can request a quote for a videoconference online.
Or you could just do Skype?

Servcorp offices are equipped for this. I have used the Bank of China building for this many times.
