    Job hunt and salary disclosure

    Is it customary for headhunter to ask for a proof of current/previous salary?

    some companies upon hiring u would ask you for a proof.

    alot, if they recognize your quality, would not be bothered.

    Most big comapnies will ask you for proof of previous salary once you have joined.

    H/h always ask what you make so they know what roles to pitch you for but have never heard of them asking for proof of earnings.
