Ok.. this happen everyday in hong kong but I still can't figure out how it works.
Most companies in HK require 1 month notice and most companies will not wait 1 month for a normal average Joe, they will surely prefer something to start immdately.
Back home, we only require 2 weeks notice so it was easy for us to move around.
