    enopi/kumon mat tutor salary?

    HI,
How much would a math tutor at enopi / kumon earn? If on a monthly salary or hourly part time. And with no prior teaching experience.

Going off various ads I would say between 11-17K for a full time position.

No problem! Not bad for an entry level position if you can get the upper end of that scale (you will need to negotiate well). Then after a year or so take the experience learned and move on.

That is the plan (well, maybe more hope than plan, but we'll see how it goes). Also i'm not really sure where this would lead to, but i guess i've got to start somewhere. ANy suggestions on what i should aim for next and if there's any qualifications i should get (i only see a lot of stuff wrt teaching english) would be appreciated

You could see about doing a PGDE with a major in Maths. Courses are available part-time and full-time.

You could also become more familiar with A level, IB and SAT maths. These seem to be the areas in which students need a lot of help.
