Headhunters post the same job?

I have been doing some research of jobs in HK. It seems like multiple headhunters post the same job opening.

A company will typically use multiple recruiting firms - which is why you will see the same job post from different agencies.

The key here is understanding that not all recruitment firms are the same. You want to work with the one that has a better relationship with the company and has a proven track record of successfully placing candidates at the firm.

A good recruiter can work wonders from guiding you through every step of the interview process and giving you insights, not commonly available, into the company and interviewers to managing your and the client's expectations properly and helping you negotiate the offer.
