    Big 4 Salary

Just got an offer from one of the Big 4s at a senior manager level.

Anybody in the Big 4s have an idea of the salary levels for senior managers at the upper end of the band?

One point to note, this role is a business focused practice development and general client services role. It is not a client delivery role sitting with advisory/assurance/consulting etc.

Regardless, if anyone has info on SM salaries that would be great??!?

    Many thanks

I know a few SM's working in the big 4. I would say the majority earn between 70 - 100K / month (before bonus) but of course it does depend on experience and performance.

Thanks for the info. Looks like quite a spread so really it's what I can negotiate.

If anyone else has any more insight that'd be great.

You can also check Glassdoor.com for some salary references.

Thanks jmbf. Yeah glassdoor has been a friend of mine over the last few months of the job hunt. Great site but most of the interview and salary info is at the junior level. From what I can gather, the range you posted above seems about right for client services people in advisory.

Strangely the annual salary surveys from the recruiters don't have data for the Big 4 or professional services generally.

Yep because the media make a great job making everyone think that banker or big 4 or lawyers all drive aston.martin...have mistresses and fancy houses on the peak.

Yeah - it tends to be the Directors / Partners that make the really good money.
