    Domestic Helper resign

Our current domestic helper has resigned, she says that we have to pay her flight back to her home country but reading the contract (The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region - Immigration Department) section 7a says that the flight has to be paid on termination or end of the contract.

Does anyone know if we still have to pay the flight for resignation?

    Termination of Contract

I would think you would have to pay as per Clause 10:
"Either party my terminate this contract by giving one month's notice in writing or one month's wages in lieu of notice."

So, if she is resigning, she is terminating the contract. So, as per 7a, "The Employer shall provide the Helper ..... on termination or expiery of this contract, free return passage to her place of origin."
