Does anyone have anymore information about working for a western estate agency please? In particular, the hours and weekend work. Any rough idea of salary and how it works. For example Iglu, habitat etc
thanks!

I guess it means that talk of coin comes way down the list because the clients are high income executives of major international corporations who really want them here - think Caroline Wilson as an extreme example - so cost not an issue. Plus the people who run it probably use their past (or current through husbands) contacts at the target large international corporations so fairly closed shop boutique niche market.
Business model is low volume, high end, value differentiator being comprehensive quality service and local expertise. In practice, they don't have to do many deals to survive because the ones they do has high dollar value.
Iglu are advertising - find out from them.
Ricacorp has a vacancy for a trainee property consultant (jobsdb). $20K a month, which includes 'high commission'. Working hours are 9:30am to 8:00pm, with what looks like 4 days off a month.
