Just with regards to ORSO pension schemes (Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance) from your employer:
1. How common are these for new joiners, or are they being phased out in favour of MPF contributions for new joiners?
2. Are ORSO schemes mostly defined benefit schemes (or can they be money-purchase schemes like MPF - i.e. your employer is giving you a fixed amount of money each month into a pension, and assuming no future liability around longevity risk / you living until age 190!)
3. Any thoughts overall on ORSO vs. MPF welcome
