Networking means things like the American Chamber of Commerce energy committee and check out what else they have.

But oil and gas engineers are ten a penny right now. The downturn in the oil price has meant that a number of projects have been cancelled and the market is awash with people. We have had a huge number apply for jobs with us, despite the fact we are neither engineers nor particularly big in the oil space. That's likely to be far more important than your Cantonese. This sector is multinational and mainly operates in English anyway.

CLP is planing to bring in an FSRU - you might try contacting them and seeing if they have any openings.

Thanks Katherine, I already sent my resume to the French and Spanish Chamber. I'll check on the American Chamber and CLP.

I know the oil & gas market is not an option right now for job opportunities and much less in HK, which is why I'm trying to make a change of career to the industry available in HK such as building services, manufacturing, consumer products design, construction, etc.
