What are your working hours under your contract?

Thanks Niv, yeah I'm used to things being detailed explicitly and this contract is amature at best.

I'm not sure if it is a yearly contract...well it's not. At the top of the contract it says "you are offered a PERMANENT position of ...". That was from early 2016. In Nov of 2016, hours and pay was changing so instead of printing out a new contract he took out a paper copy of the contract I signed in the past, crossed out times and pay, put in the new figures and we signed and dated it together.

So, this is a yearly contract or would you consider that just an updated contract? And in that case, would the hours carry over? There is no written policy on that in the contract so I'm unsure if HK law has a default rule. *Edit. Did Google search and see use it or lose it laws illegal in Canada and some us states. So not sure of HK law.
