    Easy to suggest, but doesn't work in practice. I've seen lots of agencies advertise endlessly jobs at crappy Band 3 schools, as the principals seem to demand too much. If you don't have a "good" TESOL (ie. one of those $25k certs), and prior experience in a school, schools won't hire you.

    It's possible, but it does require some time and effort. I've known plenty of teachers move from language centre work to school positions. There are even a few that are regulars on this site.
