Where to enrol to get TEFL CERTIFICATE?

Thanks but I went there and took the exam.Got the class schedule that totally conflict with my working hours and days.So I am trying to find another way.And the person in charge told me that it's not the most effective way for my intention since most of the enrolee's goal are to improve their english skills for communication,work related matters,study.Because my goal is to try some progress.
