Well I've had the news today unfortunately, I'm on a PIP with still the last meeting to go in 2.5 weeks but today at the penultimate catchup, I've been told nothing will change. I've got to choose to resign or be fired whatever happens from now until then.

I've done a search already here, all I can find are questions about long serving & severance, how about if it's less than a year? I would guess the obvious choice is to resign and would it make any difference if it's just over a year? Thanks all for your help
