Hi all,

Can anyone please recommend a reliable company for creating a new limited company in Hong Kong? Just a basic service required really, plus possibly company address to use.

What do you need? If you just need basic incorporation you can do it yourself online (you would still need the registered address though).

If you need co sec and other services then i work for a Corporate Service Provider although i suspect we would be too expensive for you.

You need a company secretary (mandatory). And since Apr 2018 it must be a licensed comp sec.
