    Job title discrepency?

A lot of manager level jobs in Hong Kong are equivalent to senior level positions in the U.S. Also, many associate level jobs are equivalent to senior positions. What's up with this job title discrepency? If you're from US or Europe and have senior level experience, are you supposed to seek for a manager level job in Hong Kong? I think this doesn't make sense because a manager requires a lot of managment experience, skills or probably a higher education degree, such as MBA. If you're an associate, how can you be a senior? You've at least got to have good experience and capability to lead your team members. No one wants a setback in his/her career. what's your experience in this? Thanks

What on earth are you talking about? What experience do you actually base these strange opinions on?

Huh... that'd be "zero experience" then.

I was wondering when they started printing HR research on the back of cornflake boxes.
