    Post Compliance - Salary Range?

Does anyone know the pay range for a compliance manager role with 5+ years of experience?

Role requires background in AML & sanctions, software development and project management experience.

Glassdoor has some information but I was made aware that these figures are incorrect or not the current rate. I want to know what the banking sector pays.

    Thanks in advance.

From what Ive seen the range is quite wide for insurance compliance ~ 360k-720k. It depends on the company and department.

    I noticed this as well.

I specialise in a niche area hence it's is even more challenging - This is a career switch hence reaching out before starting the compensation discussion

That would be like a mid level AVP. 35-42k per month

All depends on demand and supply. If there is a skill set we specifically need then it might be slightly higher. What I mentioned above is the median range which we usually use for benchmarking. When I had arrived in HK a decade back with 5 years of AML experience, I was around top of that range. The needle hasn’t moved much. I have hired folks at the AVP level extensively in the last 2 years so it’s a combination of skill set and being at the right place at right time.
