Here’s the scam - they’re gonna ask you to pay 400$ for processing and lawyer fees

I've never ever heard of employer asking employee to reach out to a lawyer for employment. What a lame scam.

I haven't heard of a chef making that kind of money. I've heard of 40k which is quite high

    You're being scammed...

No such law firm in the HK Law Society list.

    https://www.hklawsoc.org.hk/en/Serve...Kong-Law-Firms

The phone number is in the VOIP range... "58"

Their domain was registered on the 1st of November, so you should be flattered that they found you so quickly..

    Creation Date: 2021-11-01T21:24:42Z
Bet it belongs to a scammer in India / China / Phils or even Nigeria...

Finally this does not exist here ..

    Employment for Professionals Assessment Scheme
    Sounds like a QMAS scam..

Ask them to send you 100 USD for your processing fees in your country with the ministry of labour, tell them that after this, you can then send them a few thousand dollars for application fee.

    Red flags:
    * Incomplete address: HK addresses in skyscrapers will always include the floor of their reception
    * The phone number begins with "5" which is a mobile number.

Forward the information to HK police.
