I have a BA based in Hong Kong in my team. When he is sick, on those days I have to do real work and no time for browsing geo otherwise the whole company will just shut down! Managing the order flow between our SFA, CRM, B2B, ERP systems, sending reports to HQ, solving stupid user problems, etc. He wants to leave and move to UK, I told him no way and offered him a 20% pay increase. He took it for now and promised me he wont leave in 2022, but not sure after end of this year.

Just saw this pop up in the last few days, so I guess where you do your BA also matters a lot for the pay (this case IB). They seem to define a pretty wide span salary wise, I guess given that the number of years experience is not defined. 45-90k.

I am a fresh graduate with an education background of information system and mathematics.
I am an IANG visa holder and looking for a junior BA position.
Before coming to HK, I worked as a data specialist in a fortune 500 American pharmaceutical company for two years. All the work is about data management (data processing, data analysis, UAT, etc.,). and I developed some programs using VBA and Python scripts to auto-processing the data. I think I am a good choice if you want a suitable junior BA.

To be honest, I have got a verbal offer of BA from a IB in HK. However due to HC issue, they cancelled it, so I am still trying to find a job now
