I have a BA based in Hong Kong in my team. When he is sick, on those days I have to do real work and no time for browsing geo otherwise the whole company will just shut down! Managing the order flow between our SFA, CRM, B2B, ERP systems, sending reports to HQ, solving stupid user problems, etc. He wants to leave and move to UK, I told him no way and offered him a 20% pay increase. He took it for now and promised me he wont leave in 2022, but not sure after end of this year.
