    Seeking for advice.

I am wondering if i would have any chance to work in HK during this tough period..

education: MSC in Information System in one UK university
working exp: 3 yrs plus, and now working in a project team in one of a finance institution in Singapore - major role: project coordination, prepare user requirements, prepare test plan, perform UAT, track issue log, minutes writing, liaise with external verndors, and a lots of follow up...

Do i still have any chance?

For an experienced professional, a good way to gague the market is to talk to a couple recruiting firms in your field and find out if there is any activity in the market and if they are placing people. Also give some thought to an internal transfer if your current employer has Hong Kong operations. Generally, hiring across most fields has been quite slow in Hong Kong recently.

    There's always a chance.

However, given the fairly generic skills you have described, and the relatively low level of experience you have, I wouldn't advice coming to HK without a job in the current tough market.
