Currently I'm studying in Tokyo, but I'd like to go to Hong Kong and work there for the summer. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I could find a job? Or what kind of jobs i should be aiming for?

No visa / No Job, Unless you are a permanent resident of HK.

Unless you are a Aus/NZ/Irish passport holder and can get a working holiday visa (or have the right of abode in HK) then this isn't going to work.

And you're probably too late for the application deadlines of summer internships, if you're at a junior level.
Start chatting with people at Chambers of Commerce or here on the forums.
You might find something under the table or technically based out of Tokyo. I've done similar in Taiwan.. moved there, but continued working on projects for my former employer in the US. I was paid in USD back there, but enjoyed the lifestyle of Taipei.
