Even though the banking industry is not doing quite well these days, I always had a great interest to work in this industry. I tried the MT questionnaires of two different Hong Kong banks, but I even failed to pass the first round. There is a huge chance that my personality sucks or doesn't fit within the company culture. However, I would like to know what people the Hong Kong banks are looking for.

Some guys may think that I want to cheat on these questionnaires, but I just want to know what kind of people they are interested in. Also I am looking for some tips/advice on how to roll into the banking industry as a fresh grad.
