HR Jobs?

Hi everyone!
Hubby and I lived in HK for a little while about 5 years ago. At that time we were living for free in an apartment that Hubby's aunt provided for us, so we weren't too concerned about working/making money. We ended up selling things online to make money.
Anyway, we both absolutely love HK and feel more at home there than we do here. We are seriously considering moving there, but not sure if it is feasible for us to do career-wise.
I am in HR and hubby is a chef. We both only speak English.
What would you say our chances are of finding decent jobs in HK? Do we need to speak Cantonese/Putonghua to work in these fields??

HR jobs in HK mostly all demand Cantonese (unless you go as an HR employee in a bank, but bank jobs have currently dried-up anyway)

Chef - not at all. The chefs I have seen here are all non-Chinese people and most probably cannot speak Canto / Mandarin
