how hard it is (Asian in particular, includes thai, phils, indonesian etc) to get a decent job in HK?
is it true that those races are just fitted to be DHs?

Depends on how you can carry yourself and who you want to work for. A huge amount depends on your work ethic and also your training and regional / multi-national exposure. Are you (I'm assuming thats why you're asking the question) capable of competing in a dog eat dog world?
Know some pretty senior people in large multi-nationals from those countries. (Not indonesian though...)
You have to accept that only the best of the best in virtually any country leave the comforts of their home to work overseas.. the mediocre stay behind and breed.
I agree with KIA here. It all depends on who you are, what skills you have, your determination etc. etc. etc. Basically, when you overcome the language issue(either learn it or work in an industry that doesn't need it), it comes down to what you bring to the table. If en employer sees you bringing value to the business, you will be sorted. If not, you should be looking elsewhere to figure out where you are really going to make the best of your skills & your time to attain the highest possible point of satisfaction in your career. Hope this makes sense.
Good Luck !!
ic. thanks for the insights.
based on your observation, what are the usual jobs of the asian people in hk? been wondering, i'll be going there soon, hopefully to find employment in the future,i just need to have a picture of what are the usual work of the asian people. thanks
You've lost the point of you think that there is "usual work that asian people do".
You've seriously lost the point and become a victim of the stereotypes.
