working visa for resident?

I am currently holding a residence ID card (dependent on my wife, lol)
just wondering if I look for a job, do I need to apply for a working visa? or I'm consider HKPR in turns of working status?

you are not a PR and you dont need a working visa.
you are a resident with the rights to be employed.
whats there to laugh at when you are dependent on your wife.
