Hi everyone!

I've been lingering around the forum for some time, looking at people's posts. I've also done a lot of researching, and I can't find answers, so I thought maybe someone here will know?

I want to know...
What are my chances of finding work when I'm not yet in HK?
I recently graduated from an audio post production program and I'm thinking of returning to HK for internship or becoming a studio assistant. Because, I'm still living in Canada, but I'm thinking of returning in September. I'm born in HK, I have a HKID, I speak fluent English, Canto, and Mando, so no language barriers there.

What I'm worried about is that the audio industry is about networking and connections. I have ZERO networks, but I really really want to try, and I love HK Cinema. I'm thinking of sending out emails to companies, or maybe even cold calling, and since I'm actually going to HK (in the near future), it's not exactly impossible to do an interview.

Any suggestions? I desperately want to know some answers...
