Help! Need Cheap Tailor to fix Bad Shenzhen Tailor Jobs

Got a bunch of suits made in Shenzhen and it has turned into a nightmare because none of them fit properly, and I've already mailed them back to Shenzhen only for them to return worse off.

Can ANYONE suggest a cheap tailor in TST or Hong Kong who might be able to fix my clothes?
