Head Hunters charges???

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me what are the charges of Head hunters?? I read it somewhere they charge 30% or something of annual salary. Not very sure though.
Please either reply, or please send me the link of the threads, if posted earlier, where i could find the charges.

usually negotiable.
but its probably between 20~35% a person's guaranteed first year package.

the higher the level is, the higher the percentage.
