Anyone knows how much poorer I will be to get someone to proof-read academic writing in English (in the area of Business and Economics)? About 100 pages, double space.

It depends what you are looking for I guess... I assume it's already spell-checked, so are you looking just for grammar checking or do you want someone who has a good understanding of the subject and can also check for logic, validate references / data sources and so on? (In other words, something approaching what an editor would do?)

Thanks for the replies. I am looking for a proof reader more than an editor --- the crux of the matter is really about the language. Some parts are not written in English (have more Greek symbols than alphabets)
