My daughter is having a graduation meal from her primary school. She needs to buy a party dress - I have no idea where to get one? Please help if you can!

You can go to the department stores, like SOGO, Jusco, Land Crawford, Seibu, etc.

The department store Jusco might have something. There is also Chickeeduck and Zara in the IFC mall has a kids section.

I guess, it's quite hard to find something for a 10 year old. I'd know how to dress an 8 year old. But 10 year olds are... well pre-teens sort of. Anyway, I wish you good luck in finding something nice for your daughter.
