There are some outlet outside the Bangkok, on the way to Huahin, Pataya. Let me find more info, will let you know.

Jim Thompson has a great factory outlet at Sukhumvit Soi 93 - a little out of the way but well worth the trip. 3 floors of fabric and 1 of mixed merchandise.. ties, home furnishings, shirts

Its quite big place actually, which you can see on the way to Hua Hin (on the right hand side-you will never missed it, there is a big advert all the way down to Hua Hin (take about 2 hours from Bangkok by car).
I been there once got many stuffs from Adidas/Nike/Roxy.
