And I have found the really thin slices of beef for hot pot....would that work? I know different types of beef cook differently, so im not sure if those pieces would work well to pan fry. if not....do i just ask the P&S meat department for bulgolgi meat? I know what it means, but will they? Or is there a good korean supermarket to get that stuff?
