Does anyone know where i can report bad/irresponsible after sales service.
bought an LG plasma tv in apr, broke down in june - waited one whole month for the parts to be shipped here. fixed in july - and it was dead again in sept. told again have to wait a month before the parts to be here again. i am sick and tired of this. not only do they not return calls - their LG service hotline can only take messages, and you are not even allowed to talk to anyone. all they can do is pass on the message to someone. after numerous days, nobody has return calls yet.
can someone let me know if there is a place where i can call to have them assist me in dealing with LG's bad service. eg maybe a newspaper publicity will shake some sense into their problematic way of management style.
