Is there a reasonably priced hair salon/barber near ICC area? I am looking to spend under 150 HKD on the cut

SalonNice, 2nd fl, howard building, hankow rd, TST, even the standard hair dresser is pretty good at HK$100 ish, but the hair director at HK$160 -HK$170 is IMO the best in kowloon.
