anyone know where to get replacement wheel for a luggage or recommended repairer?

it's travelpro brand ( no distributor in hk), the CS stated that delivery cost for a wheel is at US$40, wheel itself is only US$7, takes 45 days to for shipping, any suggestions on how i can repair or replace a wheel in HK? a generic wheel (or pair) will do fine
