Where to find Good Drilling Machine (Bosch, Black & Decker etc..)

I rented a used Bosch hammer drill from a hole in the wall place on Apliu St. They didnt speak a word of english, but with a trusty calculator and hand signals we managed to agree on a rate of $50 a day. Actually had to pay about $800, but got $750 back when I returned it.

Apliu street is awesome!!
I can recommend everyone to go there instead of Wan Chai, PriceRite etc.. They had everything to fullfil my DIY needs, bought a Bosch Drilling Machine for 390$ and a Black&Decker Jigsaw for 320, got some drills etc free.. really good selection here.

Thomson Road is pretty convenient if you are on the island, and there is quite a selection across about four or five stores. You might get it cheaper up on Apliu, or even buy a used one (if you aren't looking to spend out for a new model). The ones at PriceRite are pretty basic. I think some Pricerites carry one or two more mid-range models, but for the money Wanchai was a better buy, and I think Apliu might even better that.

I actually passed pricerite recently in Causeway Bay, and yes, they do have a (very small) selection of tools, but the Drilling Machine I bought in Appliu road was exactly 200 bucks more expensive O_o ..
