Where in Hong Kong can I buy sparkers? Not fireworks.
Is it legal here?

Public urged not to discharge any special effects materials and fireworks without permit
As pointed out in another thread ( http://www.geoexpat.com/forum/32/thread57617.html ) , I'm not sure what the status would be for birthday cake sparklers. Don't recall having seen any in HK though.
Members of the public are also reminded that under the provisions of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap.295) and the Crime Ordinance (Cap.200), it is illegal to possess/convey/store any fireworks (such as fire crackers, sparklers, Roman candles, etc.), except authorised operators.
