Bridal fabric

My Mum and I are making my wedding dress and after several attempts we've finally found the right pattern (phew!) Our next obstacle to turning my fantasy dress into reality, is a really limited choice of fabrics here in Edinburgh.

I am in Hong Kong on business in February and wondered if there is a particular shop / area of a market to head for? Are there any department stores that carry a good stock?

I am looking for tulle / organza in ivory embroidered with a scattering of tiny pearls or something of that ilk.

I've read the previous threads and have noted the areas to look in Western Market and Sham Shui Po and Shenzen but any more specific directions would be most appreciated.

Not sure if you'll find bridal fabric at Western Mkt or Sham Shui Po.
