PageOne (here in TST is one, in Gatewary on the Canton Road) are selling english Manga
What are you reading? I like reading Manga, too. e.g. Nana, Slum Dunk, Real, Sunadokei, Tsubasa ..
I like to read Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and Dragonball. This is because i also like to play Yu-Gi-Oh. And I like One Piece for it's humour
Are the manga you are referring to available at PageOne the very same editions that we would find in North American retailers and specialty outlets?
@yhw
Allright? I ahve watched YGO & OP for a while in Germany. But german subs are really bad -.- Could you also paly YGO here?
DBZ I also like.
Are you going to go the Comic Festival this year?
Did you find the manga mags?
@mr.Dimsum
I am sorry I can not answer you since I do not know which editions are sold in NA.
North American english manga is mostly published by TokyoPop, Del Rey, Dark Horse, etc. Any of these names familiar?
@techNOBUde:
I did learn to read German, because it's a compulsory subject in my country. But I'm not so good at it.
I do play Yu-Gi-Oh, but I only play it for fun. I only go to Sneak previews. Do you also play YGO (with english cards)? If you do, maybe we could see each other in Hong Kong and play a duel or trade cards?
I'm not in HK right now. So I haven't searched for the manga mags yet. First I have to pass my exams, then I will go to Hong Kong on 29 june.
When is the comic festival?
@mr_dimsum: I haven't heard of those publishers. I don't think they publish manga's in the Netherlands.
