    western groceries - delivery?

im moving to hk in april.
i'll be living in lai chi kok.
ive stayed there before but not for long.
i want access to at least some western groceries, although i will mesh with society mostly and eat out, eat lunch at work... the food is great! but i have stomach problems.

can anyone recommend the easiest way to shop for western groceries? i heard that delivery for large bags is the norm - is this true?

thanks guys. sorry if this is a repeat, i searched but to no avail. links to other threads more than welcome

    cant wait to get there!

    Whereabouts in Lai Chi Kok?

I live there now at the pacifica complex, Right next door is the Laguna Verde complex too and underneath there is a wellcome supermarket which you can get pretty much all your western essentials thus no real need for delivery as its literally on your doorstep.

With your back to banyan gardens turn right and walk along a bit, You'll pass a circle K then just before the large property agents is a set of glass doors, up the escalators and you'll see a bakers, Wellcome is next door.
