Not sure about Russian music though. There are music events here but you won't expect as many as in Australia or States. But then again, it depends on what you're looking for

I'm looking for the day when I can see PLACEBO gig, or Muse, RadioHead...
As for the DJ's I think it's not a problem here, even in Guangzhou you can see Paul van Dyke, Tiesto....sometimes

I see that you're an indie fan too. Muse came I think. I guess with DJs, they do make a stop here on the way to Spore as well. You'll be fine with music.
