yes from kowloon bay. the terminus is near the ikea store. but be aware the terminus also caters to other contract buses so make sure you line up on the correct line or you might end up somewhere else.

Also to the HI-TEC centre, it is marked though. There is also a bus service to & from Kowloon Tong.

ooopsie for a little mistake all these bays and kowloon gets me confused

the free shuttle bus is from KOWLOON BAY terminus not kowloon tong! go to the megabox website for details otherwise Telford Plaza has info desks who can show you the way.

The shuttle bus terminus can be found by first going through Telford Plaza

Actually I took the shuttle from Kowloon Bay to Megabox, but I noticed they had shuttles running to Kwun Tong and Kowloon Tong. So I am going to go as far as assuming they come back to Megabox after unloading.
