Next to the old airport in San Po Kong, good luck getting there as it's only remotely close to any MTR station. Pretty much mini-bus or bus only.

It's pretty much empty at the moment, a handful of stores open. It's beneath a large apartment complex, The Latitude.

Well it's only a 10 min walk from Diamond Hill station, and has been built where the old courts were. SPK is mainly an ex factory area with quite a lot of 50+ yr old low rise tenements and a couple of newer high rises.

Doesn't make sense for the residential population but does a bit more for the several thousands of workers in the area but shouldn't be a mall as such. There is SPK Plaza just down the road but that itself is a hole with the only redeeming feature being the restaurant on the 5/F.
