Or you could try looking around in Island Beverly in Causeway Bay. I've bought some graphic tees from there, reasonable prices

These tee's are heavily western influenced. I haven't personally seen any close to this, but in regards to brands easily available, I'd say BEAMS would be closest to this type of style, as all the others are a tad more urban than those in the link provided above.
