Hi,

i think its more middle-eastern than greek?
i don't know.
ANYWAY
i vaguely recall seeing it at city'super or threesixty, but i found it in the indian-thai-nepali shop in sheung wan.
I've probably stupidly confused Turkish with Greek again.
Is there a name to the store you went to?
thanx for the reply btw
The line between Turkish and Greek cusine is often blurred. Is this the Indian/Nepali shop behind the Western Police Station?
If you can't locate the Indian / Thai/Nepali shop, try any of the Citysuper outlets
don't go to city'super!!!
the spices are overpriced and not very fresh... or just strange.
the cumin smells lemony (!?!!) and the cinnamon bark is really unfortunate.
its on the blurry area between sheung wan and sai ying pun.
when you are heading west on queens road west, just after the road bends before "bird bridge" (at least thats what it is in chinese), and near the watsons.
fucked up directions right??
sorry!!
methinks i can give a better address sometime next week...
coolies,
will scout around that area tomorrow.
If I find it, will post address.
Hey there, we're selling it over at Regency Spices, free delivery all over HK. If you call in and ask for Sunit then whoever takes your order will give you a discount.
Damn lol I just bought a whole stack of herbs and various peppers in France recently lol Your prices seem reasonable Chromis, especially the Vanilla pods if 5 or more are bought at a time. The Za'taar spice certainly interests me, I generally mix my own, but looking at your prices, it probably works out cheaper buying from you already pre mixed...
I'll certainly look you guys up in the near future for some of your more exotic stuff, ie vanile, saffron etc as I have a years supply of European/Mediterranean spices to get through .
Do you sell green peppercorns ( wet/soft ) in large jars too or just the dried type ?
