where can I get a 'chinese signature' stamp made?

Sorry I'm not exactly sure what the proper name is but it looks like this -

I'm not too sure what characters the name I need to get done is but I know how to say it in Cantonese. If anybody can tell me where I can get one made or how much it will cost that would be great!

    Thanks!

It's a Chinese chop. There are places on the ground floor of Mirador Mansions, or in the arcades opposite coming off Nathan Rd just below Haiphong Rd. I think cost is around HK$50, but depends on quality.

I'm not 100% what the street is called but i know there is a whole street that has these shops that sells these stamps and i think they make them for you too. It's in Sheung Wan near Cosco Tower, Think the road is Wing Kut Street if not its one of those parallel streets to it.
