    Yes, better!

But even if you don't use them for the base, next time you're in PnS pick up a packet and give them a try. I've had people, who usually don't eat cheesecake because they don't like the base, eat the "hobnobbed" ones.

See Cara, mention hobnobs and the Brits come flocking in.

P.S. PnS have them at $20.90 a packet at the moment.

Hey, diet in between meals, not during them!

Can i tempt you with Turkish Delight, or Crunchie, Rocky Road biscuit cake?

    Melt chocolate with cream.
Chop up a couple slabs Fry's Turkish delight and mix with crushed digestive, or ginger nut, biscuits, almonds and raisins.
Mix with melted chocolate and press into biscuit tin, and refrigerate.

Life is too short not to like this!

was hoping to make a TOBLERONE cheesecake amongst other things like; Nanaimo Bars, Church Windows (you know, the coloured marshmallows coated in chocolate and coconut done in a roll, then cut to look like stained glass), shortbread, sugar cookies etc....maybe some pecan bars or butter tarts...

want to keep the kids busy! besides, they will be having their birthday the day before CNY, so if we can do some baking beforehand (and we manage not to eat it all), then i'll have some food already prepared.
