Hey guys, This is my first thread and so i'm hoping someone would help me out!
I'm looking for stores where i can give them a design of a dress I want to wear for prom and that they will be able to make it according to the design. I am hoping that the prices will only be around $700/800 or less! (since i'm still a student)
If possible, please tell me
the name of the store,
where to find it
possibly their phone numbers/contacts.

You're looking for Tailors rather than stores.
Do a search on here and there will be plenty mentioned.

Hundreds of places in Lo Wu in Shenzhen. Most likely cheaper there too.

Recently went to Ah Wai Ladies Tailor, Floor 1C, 108 Wellington Street, Central (near escalators). Phone: 2524 6423. Her details were in a Hong Kong travel guide book. Work for alterations was good. Cheaper than tailors that quoted inside Melbourne Plaza, Central.
