    nitrite-free bacon/sausage/etc?

Anyone out there found any consistently?

The Three Sixty at Landmark used to regularly have nitrite-free bacon, but the last couple of times I was there, they didn't. Sometimes they have the nitrite-free low-fat turkey garbage, but I want real pork bacon. Any thoughts?

Bacon and sausages are inherently unhealthy products and the "healthy versions" taste like cardboard. Just live with it and eat normal ones.

Thanks, because even though my post said, "where can I find nitrite-free bacon," it was obvious I actually meant to say, "please give me unsolicited advice on nutrition."

I just found out that even Canadian seafood is contaminated with cat virus. So you better eat our unsolicited advice. I also used to love meat but by now I regard it as second hand nutrition.
