Some suggestions in your price range:

    -Engraved Money Clip
-Premium Flashlight . . . something like this.
-As has already been mentioned, Booze
-As has already been mentioned, Booze accessory
-Pair of sunglasses. Haven't bought a pair in ages. Not exactly sure you can get a decent pair at your price range.
-Cap or jersey of favorite sports team
    -Fancy key ring
-A video game if he is an avid gamer

Have you considered wandering around Sogo for ten minutes and grabbing the first thing you see that's vaguely appropriate and within your budget?

    Works for me.

I like Gillette, too, actually very good and much cheaper.
but Clarins products are all good ( and expensive in HK),
sometimes they sell sets or little bags that contain several of their items.
Clarins skin lotion is great, have not found any comparable, very good for long distance flights.

best pricce I have found is Seould airport Duty Free, almost half the HK price

A tailor made shirt using the finest cotton you can find - or go to the fabric markets and get some fabric you think would suit him and get it made into a shirt in a style he likes
